Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Customer & Revenue Management
- Achieve annual revenue targets through new wins and sustaining existing business.
- Ensure P&L targets are met while driving new engagements.
- Build and sustain customer relationships through regular connects and reviews.
- Achieve CSAT survey targets by ensuring delivery excellence.
Project & Delivery Oversight
- Manage key engagements and projects, addressing delivery challenges and offshore team issues.
- Support onsite staffing requirements and periodic customer reviews.
- Collaborate with customer sourcing teams for Work Order / SOW sign-offs and invoice collections.
- Ensure compliance-related matters with customers are addressed timely.
Talent & People Management
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill onsite positions.
- Ensure talent management through upskilling, succession, and progression planning.
- Maintain attrition below prescribed levels and ensure onboarding supports gross margin targets.
