About the Role
The
Partner – First Private plays a pivotal role in acquiring and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs). The role focuses on delivering comprehensive banking solutions, including investment, insurance, and other financial products, to meet the sophisticated needs of private banking clients. The role holder is expected to drive fee income, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and position IDFC FIRST Bank as the preferred banking partner for affluent clients.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire HNI and UHNI clients through natural market outreach, open market activities, and referrals from internal sources including branches and digital networks.
- Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling all banking needs through IDFC FIRST Bank's wealth solutions.
- Provide a seamless and personalized banking experience across products and services.
- Drive cross-sell of investment, insurance, and other bank products to generate fee income.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional service and relationship management.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies.
- Maintain a strong relationship management orientation with a focus on service delivery.
- Demonstrate execution excellence by consistently achieving performance targets.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure adequate staffing and capability building across the team.
- Drive target achievement and monitor team performance.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Any discipline (Full-Time)
- Postgraduation: MBA / PGDM (Preferred)
Experience
- 10 to 18 years of relevant experience in banking or allied financial services, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
