Associate Engineer, IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced hardware and software support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot networking issues (TCP/IP, LAN) and assist in installation of peripherals such as printers, scanners, and network equipment.
• Lead technical activities for new technology introductions and handle technology obsolescence (OS, core applications, security tools).
• Deploy and administer IT systems, including desktops/laptops, servers, network devices, voice/video hardware, and mobile devices.
• Manage desktop images, upgrades, security patching, and configurations to ensure system reliability.
• Handle service requests related to user computing devices, ensuring timely completion according to SLAs.
• Collaborate effectively with peer engineers, product engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues independently.
• Follow change management and IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
