Job Description
Counsel students and working professionals regarding IT courses and career opportunities.
Explain course details, training modules, fees, certifications, and placement assistance.
Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
Understand students educational backgrounds and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain student inquiry records, follow-ups, and admission details in CRM.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth student onboarding.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counseling experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in IT training or EdTech.
Graduate in any discipline.
Good understanding of IT courses such as Cloud Computing, Networking, Data Analytics, Data Science, Python, Full Stack Development, and Cybersecurity.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Strong lead conversion and follow-up skills.
Experience using CRM tools and MS Excel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
