The Opportunity

We are hiring a full-time Associate (Litigation & Arbitration) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Delhi office. This is an immediate, on-site opening open only to lawyers currently based in New Delhi / NCR.

The role offers meaningful first-chair exposure to high-stakes commercial and corporate disputes across forums, including trial courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, NCLT/NCLAT, and domestic and international arbitral tribunals.

You will get real work and will be genuinely mentored.

You will work directly with senior counsel on strategy, drafting, and advocacy. Feedback is hands-on and frequent. The goal is to make you a better lawyer quickly, not to slot you into a machine.

As one of our early associates, there is no queue to stand in. Strong performers will see fast progression and a clear path to seniority.

You will build range.

Our docket spans trial courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, NCLT/NCLAT, and domestic and international arbitral tribunals. You will become a well-rounded disputes lawyer.

What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and supporting affidavits with precision and legal clarity
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex commercial, corporate, and arbitration matters
• Develop case strategy and assist in formulating legal arguments
• Attend court hearings, manage filings, and engage directly with courts and tribunals
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
• Collaborate closely with senior advocates and external counsel on complex mandates

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognised institution, with enrolment at a State Bar Council
• Currently based in New Delhi / NCR. This is a strict requirement.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in litigation and/or arbitration
• Strong foundational knowledge of commercial, corporate, and arbitration law
• Demonstrated drafting experience across pleadings and applications
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis
• Familiarity with court procedures and filing practices
• Excellent written and oral communication. Clarity and precision are non-negotiable
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience at a litigation or arbitration-focused firm or chambers
• LL.M. and/or dual qualification (strong preference)
• Familiarity with institutional arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, SIAC, SCC, or similar)
• Reported appearances or published work in relevant areas
