About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director – Sales to join our core business team in Bengaluru. This is a high-impact role within a rapidly growing HRTech SaaS company with global expansion plans. You will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, building strategic client relationships, and contributing significantly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Leadership:
- Define and execute sales strategies to acquire and expand enterprise accounts.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Build, manage, and scale a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Market Development & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to strengthen market positioning.
Solution Selling & Client Engagement
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs.
- Develop consultative sales approaches to address complex enterprise challenges.
Global Sales Exposure
- Participate in international RFPs, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Support global expansion initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experience and retention.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Track key SaaS metrics including MRR, conversion rates, and customer retention.
What You Bring
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in HRTech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of driving enterprise revenue and scaling business growth.
- Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution selling, and product demonstrations.
- Experience working with global markets and enterprise clients is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, retention, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
