Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Associate Director of Finance, based in Gurugram. The Associate Director of Finance will oversee financial planning and forecasting, analyze financial data, prepare accurate financial statements, and manage financial reporting. Responsibilities include leading financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company's overall financial health through accurate analytical assessments and fiscal decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Statements management
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and a thorough understanding of Finance principles
• Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial teams and ensure regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master's degree or CPA/CA qualification is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership finance role
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in financial tools
