Job Description

Cradlepoint is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Services Resource Management. This position will be responsible for supporting the operations within Service Line Operate, focusing on critical resource management and financial activities. A key aspect of this role involves developing and maintaining PowerApps-based applications, ensuring data accuracy across various systems, streamlining processes, and generating essential reports to support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of HRMS/SF data, including the correction of job roles and organizational alignment of resources.
  • Support the implementation of organizational changes, such as reorganizations, creation/removal of units, resource transfers, and job role updates, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports for SDUs (Service Delivery Units), including Open Position Reports and Competence Reports.
  • Position Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates of Job Requisition (JR) status in coordination with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Maintain clean and organized data by eliminating duplicate JRs and performing weekly inactivation of unapproved or unnecessary positions.
  • Develop and implement VBA scripts to automate manual reporting processes as needed, driving efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps-based tools to actively support resource management and financial operations, enhancing our operational capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, project management, business administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Services Business Experience: Proven working experience in a services business environment.
  • Independent & Proactive: Self-motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative.
  • Results-Oriented Leadership: Performance and results-oriented with strong skills in leading and motivating people, coupled with a keen sense of responsibility and empowerment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
  • Customer & Business Focus: Customer-oriented and business-minded, possessing a consultative approach and a strong focus on profitability.
  • Planning & Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and plan own work effectively to meet assigned schedules and targets.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Analytic with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Good skills in knowledge sharing, actively contributing experiences and skills to foster a learning culture.
  • Advanced Excel: Strong understanding of advanced Excel functions and formulas.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Hands-on experience with PivotTables, PivotCharts, and Power Query.
  • Data Handling: Proven ability to work efficiently with large datasets and complex spreadsheets.
