Job Description

• Execute and embed ER program frameworks, policies, and procedures across the India market

• Oversee investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, under-performance, and redundancy cases in compliance with Indian labor laws

• Partner with HR leadership to coach HR teams and stakeholders on ER best practices

• Mediate and resolve complex employee disputes using negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Build strong relationships with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and HR teams to ensure aligned ER decision-making

• Track, analyze, and report ER metrics to identify emerging risks and recommend improvements

• Design and deliver ER training programs on POSH, conflict resolution, and effective communication
