Associate Director Growth Marketing & CRM
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Own promotional outreach to internal base across campaign channels to drive profitable growth
- Solution & collaborate across sales, product, analytics and vendors to improve outreach effectiveness and funnel conversions
- Segment/ hyper-segment around base & outreach to drive non-linear outcomes
- Ideate, lead and independently manage high impact growth projects & experiments
- Listening to the needs of the customers and creating/ delivering high impact programs/ initiatives
- Seeking out opportunities to be a leader & doing everything one can to help the org achieve its objectives
Desired Skills/ Experience:
- 4-8 years prior experience; Relevant experience of retail credit in growth marketing roles is preferred
- Proficient at executing & optimizing across automated campaign tools & manual interfaces
- Worked with a good variety of analytical tools, campaign tools, campaign channels, content types, etc.
- Good with uncomplicating, prioritizing and multi-tasking in mixed-paced environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for data-based decision-making & simplifying complex data to find answers
- Strong tolerance for ambiguity with a demonstrated ability to use business logic and critical thinking when data is inconclusive
- Proficient in effective communication and Microsoft Excel
