Associate Director - New Initiatives will be responsible for
launching and scaling new programs across multiple verticals. This role requires
end-to-end ownership from strategy and execution to growth,
admissions, marketing, and team leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, operates with high ownership, and has a strong execution mindset.
About The Role
We're looking for a builder to
launch and scale new programs at Masters Union. This role owns initiatives
end-to-end from idea to execution, working closely with leadership across growth, admissions, marketing, and operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Launch new programs across multiple verticals
- Own end-to-end execution from concept to scale
- Drive growth, enrollments, and revenue for programs
- Lead go-to-market, marketing, and admissions strategy
- Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams
- Track performance, improve outcomes, and scale what works
