Experience: 8 to 15 years
Job Role: Leada team of analysts involved in rating of financial sector entities. This includes NBFCs (in vehicle finance, microfinance, housing finance asset class and broking entities) and Banks
Functional Skills / Knowledge
- Technical:
- Good understanding of regulatory framework and changes in the same
- Strong understanding of 2-3 asset classes in the NBFC space like vehicle finance / microfinance / housing loans / gold loans.
- Good overall understanding of the banking sector
- Client Management / Stakeholder Management:
- Lead the team in meeting preparation covering analysis of past trends and future projections
- Undertake in-person meetings / telecon with senior management personnel at client side to discuss strategy, business and financial performance
- Writing and Presentation Skills:
- Writing detailed rating reports to explain the rationale behind the rating
- Making presentations to Crisil Ratings Rating Committee
- Preparation of sector notes
- Writing opinion pieces to cover developments / share outlook on various asset classes / sectors
- Regular Portfolio and Sector Monitoring
- Monitoring and tracking the financial performance on quarterly basis aside from event-based reviews
- Stay updated on the latest market developments and their implications
Candidate Profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills primarily focused on managing client communication and report writing
- Ability to get execution of transactions under stringent timelines
- Has relevant experience in managing teams involved in analysis of NBFCs / Banks
- Experience in handling CXO conversations at in-person meetings
- Proficient in Analytics software like PowerBI, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point
Education - CA/MBA (preferred from Premiere / tier 1 College)
