Job Description

Role:

The role of an Associate Director Staffing (West) typically involves overseeing and managing the staffing operations and recruitment functions. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to meet company goals and ensure smooth staffing operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staffing Operations Management:
  • Oversee the entire staffing process, from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding and placement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage the HR Operational client escalations with resolutions.
  • Ensure achievement of budgets.
  • Ensure resource allocation within team.
  • Monitor team's performance through activity management, periodic reviews and suggest corrective actions.
  • Minimizing escalations.
  • Monitor and control cost and improve productivity.
  • Business Development:
  • Responsible for P&L in the West region
  • New client acquisition
  • Generate new business from existing clients through better client servicing and delivery
  • Create strong brand awareness in the market
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Industry Knowledge & Compliance:
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Address any legal issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in operations management, staffing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
  • Familiarity with staffing processes, recruitment strategies, and industry trends.
