We partner with trusts, foundations, NGOs, and other not-for-profit organizations to help them improve their operational efficiency in their chosen sectors, thereby significantly enhancing their overall impact. 

We also partner with corporates and philanthropists to design and manage their social impact programs and CSR initiatives end-to-end in an efficient and structured manner. 

In addition, we connect independent agencies involved in due diligence, accreditation, and social impact audits with NGOs and corporates, helping ensure that programs and projects are implemented professionally and effectively. 

About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Associate – Corporate Outreach & Partnerships to support the expansion of our corporate engagement and partnership efforts. 

This role focuses on in-person outreach and relationship building with professional networks and organizations that work closely with corporates. The objective is to introduce Chrysalis Services CSR consulting services, build a strong referral ecosystem, and identify corporates that may require support in their CSR initiatives. 

This is a field-driven role that involves regular outreach, networking, and meetings with potential partners to build strong referral relationships. The associate will work closely with the internal team to convert identified opportunities into CSR consulting engagements while expanding the organization's professional network. 

Location: Bangalore (On-site | Field-based role) 

Experience: Minimum 3+ years 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Conduct in-person outreach and meetings with professional firms and financial service networks that work closely with corporates, introducing Chrysalis Services and its CSR consulting services. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with professional partners and referral networks to facilitate introductions to corporates that may require CSR consulting support. 
  • Generate and track qualified leads and potential opportunities through continuous networking, outreach activities, and professional partnerships. 
  • Schedule meetings, facilitate introductions, and work closely with the internal team to convert identified opportunities into CSR consulting engagements. 
  • Maintain regular updates on outreach activities, referrals, and lead pipelines to support the organization's business development efforts. 

Experience & Requirements 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales, corporate outreach, business development, or relationship management roles. 
  • Prior experience in financial services sectors such as banking, loans, insurance, NBFCs, or similar industries will be strongly preferred. 
  • Candidates with experience in building professional networks and managing referral-based relationships will have an advantage. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills. 
  • Comfortable with in-person meetings and field-based work. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to build professional relationships independently. 

Compensation Structure 

CTC: 4lpa-6lpa 

The compensation for this role will include: 

  • A minimum fixed salary, along with 
  • Performance-based incentives are linked to successful conversions and engagements generated through outreach efforts. 

The role is designed to reward proactive outreach and successful partnership development, with incentives tied to the value of opportunities and projects generated.
