Job Summary
As an entry-level Consultant, you will join a dynamic team delivering mission-critical development, implementation, and support activities for Oracle's digital banking solutions across global financial institutions. With hands-on guidance, you will develop your consulting, technical, and industry expertise while supporting solution delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
1-4 years experience in development, implementation, or support of banking applications (minimum 1 year in primary skill areas).
Foundational knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and XML.
Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (18c or 12c).
Experience with application deployment and troubleshooting, especially with Oracle WebLogic.
Understanding of software development, source control, and release management tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
Willingness to work onsite/offsite, on shifts, and travel as project needs dictate.
Exposure to Digital Banking applications and banking industry concepts/terminology.
Familiarity with Oracle OBIEE Reports, BIP, middleware (Oracle Fusion SOA Suite).
Skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with cloud/SaaS deployments, DevOps, Agile, or testing tools.
Client-facing experience, including solution presentations.
Intention to pursue or complete Oracle Banking/FLEXCUBE Technical certifications.

Prepare clear and concise documentation consistent with Oracle/client requirements.
