As an entry-level Consultant, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financial Services Banking products. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in development, implementation, and/or support of core banking applications, with at least 1 year in key skill areas.
Proficiency in at least some of: Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, JavaScript, XML.
Familiarity with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL hands-on exposure to Oracle Database (12c/18c) is a plus.
Experience with application server software, especially Oracle WebLogic.
Understanding of source control and release management tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed, with flexibility for shifts and rotational project requirements.
Awareness of banking industry processes and terminology.
Exposure to DevOps tools, testing tools, or software development methodologies.
Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE or related core banking solutions.
Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion SOA Suite) or reporting tools (OBIEE, BI Publisher).
Relevant Oracle Technical Certifications, or willingness to obtain them.

Track, resolve, and report issues, ensuring timely communication with supervisors and stakeholders.
Deliver accurate and complete handovers/knowledge transfers at the end of assignments.
Timely submit timesheets, status reports, and expenses as per Oracle/client policies.
