Technical Excellence

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and Excel, based on assigned tasks
• Validate documents and information as per client-defined guidelines
• Follow up via email or phone with HR SPOCs, institutes, colleges, and universities to complete verification processes
• Coordinate with verification sources and regularly update internal databases
• Ensure verification checks are closed within defined timelines
• Collaborate with other operational departments for case closures when needed
• Perform market research, company profiling, and secondary research
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Exhibit analytical thinking, focus, and a target-driven mindset

Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience in transformation projects within the banking domain is highly preferred
• Proficiency in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to trace business requirements to solution designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Effective collaboration across departments and with external sources to ensure timely deliverables
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
