Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act,

Qualifications:

• 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.
• Having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• And candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently.
• Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.
• Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals.
• Assist the senior during evidence and arguements stage.

CTC: 4.5 to 7. lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 1 year, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. Probation period is 3 months.
