Job Role And Responsibilities
The Associate, CFO & Business Transformation Advisory Division:
- Develop comprehensive financial plans to project future revenues and expenses, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow patterns to ensure sufficient liquidity and forecast future cash needs.
- Recommend an optimal financing mix (debt and equity) to minimize capital costs and enhance financial stability.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and performance reports for stakeholder insights.
- Establish key performance indicators and create dashboards to track business performance against strategic goals.
- Build dynamic financial models to simulate various business scenarios for strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats for effective growth strategies.
- Advise on potential markets or products for diversification and strategic expansion.
- Analyze product profitability to guide pricing strategies and resource allocation.
- Implement inventory management techniques to optimize stock levels and improve turnover.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions to ensure accurate records and compliance with standards.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify cash accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Execute month-end closing procedures and generate management reports for operational insights.
- Prepare and file all necessary statutory returns to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide regulatory support, maintain statutory records, and assist with audits.
- Stay updated on industry knowledge and conduct seminars/trainings for clients and managers.
- Communicate critical issues regarding clients to the Reporting Partner.
