Role Description
- Own and drive end‑to‑end sales for Business Information Reports (BIR), with accountability for revenue and usage growth
- Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline aligned to strategic growth objectives
- Engage with senior client stakeholders through structured meetings, executive presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Lead commercial negotiations and close complex, usage‑based engagements
- Track client usage trends to identify expansion, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities
- Manage key client relationships through regular engagement and on‑ground presence, including extensive travel across regions
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, usage tracking, reporting, and client success.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably across corporates, BFSI, SaaS, or data / information products
- Proven experience with usage‑based, subscription, or volume‑led commercial models
- Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver against revenue, pipeline, and usage metrics
- High degree of comfort with travel and client‑facing leadership responsibilities
