Executive Assistant cum Travel Desk Executive

Location: Noida, Head Office

Experience: 10-15 years (Projects/Engineering background preferred)

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Director. You'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare presentations, and handle all executive-level administrative needs with precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Director's calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and executive presentations
  • Book and coordinate official travel (flights, trains, buses)
  • Maintain filing systems and contact lists
  • Support HR, Admin & Legal departments
  • Handle sensitive information with high integrity
What You Need
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Typing: 40 WPM English, 30 WPM Hindi
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Discretion and professionalism
  • Shorthand is a plus
