My Inbox Media is a fast-growing and innovative organization committed to excellence. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Team Lead (ATL) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for lead generation, team management, and driving results in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and convert them into clients.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of tele-callers to achieve team targets.
- Provide training and coaching to improve team productivity and skills.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor team performance and KPIs, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and team performance for senior management.
Process Improvement:
- Suggest and implement strategies to enhance lead generation and follow-up efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to improve sales approaches.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and follow-ups, ideally in sales or telemarketing.
- Experience in managing or supervising a tele-calling team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and achieve targets consistently.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar ATL or team lead role.
- Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics.
