We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Lead to oversee our telecalling and lead generation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by managing a team of tele-callers, ensuring consistent follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into clients or sales.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of tele-callers to achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide continuous coaching and training to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track team performance, KPIs, and conversion metrics to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Prepare and present reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and overall team performance to senior management.
Process Improvement & Development:
- Implement strategies to improve lead generation, follow-up processes, and overall team efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and follow-ups, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
- Experience in managing or supervising a team of tele-callers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to motivate a team and drive performance to meet targets.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar ATL or team lead role.
