Assistant Store Manager with Ample Technologies

Role & responsibilities:

• Complete store operations, performance Management, team work in store
• Maintain all reports to keep a track of the progress level.
• Ensure planning and availability of stocks
• Adherence to SOP's
• Being able to deliver the right mix of the product and services.
• Visual Merchandising
• Collect accurate and timely market intelligence and trends to enhace business.
• Handling team reviews and team briefings
• Ensuring the deliveries and adherence to the store audits.
• Handling escalations on Priority
• Create healthy environment
• Lead the team by example, with an eye to detail with regards to the business.
• Possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Should have worked in premium brand / up marmet segment store / High end retail.
• Should have handled a team of minimum 5-10 members atleast for 2-3 years
• Computer savyy, especially handling reports and generating them in excel.
• possess good leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills.

• Able to do multitask
