Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the store. The role includes handling customer service queries, overseeing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in retail or a similar environment 1-2 years prefered
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management is a plus
• Keeps her/him well Groomed
