*Role Summary*
We are seeking a Sr. Seller Acquisition Executive (E-commerce) who is analytical, execution-driven, and experienced in vendor management and product sourcing. This role is responsible for onboarding and managing sellers, optimizing product listings, ensuring competitive pricing, and maintaining high catalog and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Sellers, Sales, Marketing, SEO, Inventory, and Leadership teams to ensure smooth procurement operations, strong vendor relationships, and consistent product availability.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Seller & Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new sellers/vendors based on product quality, pricing, and business alignment
Maintain strong relationships with existing sellers to ensure timely supply and compliance with quality standards
Coordinate price negotiations, commission revisions, and approvals with sellers and management
Monitor seller performance using defined KPIs and escalate risks or issues proactively
Handle seller documentation and onboarding processes as per company policies
* Product Listing & Catalog Management
Manage product listings, variation creation, and pricing updates on the seller portal
Ensure product titles, keywords, images, descriptions, and categories are accurate, SEO-optimized, and compliant
Coordinate with the SEO Team for URL finalization of newly approved products
Update product specifications and content as received from the Marketing Team
* Pricing & Competitive Analysis
Perform regular price comparisons with competitors
Ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies across all product categories
Negotiate pricing with the seller
Co-ordinate with Sales team for bulk inquiry, stock availability and other product-relevant details.
* Inventory & Performance Monitoring
Monitor Out-of-Stock (OOS) products, confirm stock status with sellers, and update inventory accurately
Track week-on-week low-selling products and coordinate with the Seller and Marketing Teams for performance improvement
Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels
*Requirements*
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in seller acquisition, procurement, vendor coordination, or e-commerce operations
Strong understanding of agri-input products and market dynamics (preferred)
Excellent negotiation, documentation, and vendor coordination skills
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics tools
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage responsibilities independently
