Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role involves managing sales processes, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, provide tailored property recommendations, and guide them through the purchasing process. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, staying updated on real estate market trends, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, perform location analysis, and offer property-related consultations
  • Experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple clients and priorities efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or equivalent experience
