Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a background in the PR industry to support business growth, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales leadership in driving business development initiatives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PR and communications space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks in collaboration with internal teams
• Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM tools
• Coordinate with PR, marketing, and strategy teams to align client requirements
• Assist in negotiations, closures, and contract finalization
• Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–4 years of proven sales or business development experience in the PR industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of PR services, media landscape, and communication solutions
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
