Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, guiding clients through the property buying process, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client connections.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to manage a team, set goals, and drive performance in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore is highly desirable
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South and travel to client locations as required
