Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Mohali (Local candidates preferred)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Industry Preference: Real Estate / Property Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle walk-in clients and conduct site visits
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support in preparing sales reports and MIS
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
- Negotiate and close sales deals professionally
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Location: Must be from Mohali / nearby areas
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Two-wheeler preferred for site visits
