Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, networking, brokers, and references
  • Conduct site visits and workspace tours
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable office solutions
  • Share proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding
  • Build long-term client relationships for renewals and referrals

Requirements:

  • 15 years of B2B sales experience (real estate / co-working preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of commercial office leasing is a plus
