Job Description

  1. Post/Designation: Assistant Sales Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager(Nutraceuticals), based on relevant experience & seniority.
  2. Job-Description(Role & Responsibilities):
  3. Own, drive and lead the entire sales lifecycle—lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, closure, customer support & relationship building. Develop/retain customers in assigned categories/territories.
  4. Plan, co-create the Sales Plan & execute. Regularly review and update on the execution.
  5. Set measurable sales targets, build action plans, and execute proactively.
  6. Regular customer meetings to Pitch, identify pain-points, learn industry needs/trends, and deliver win-win solutions.
  7. Maintain communication bw RO(reporting officer), internal/external teams.
  8. Maintain & monitor pipeline tracking in CRM/tracker & monthly report/tracker.
  9. Develop SOPs in sync with RO and regular updates and document to ensure system.
  10. Cold-call, qualify leads, and build decision-maker relationships.
  11. Cross-team collaboration for samples, dispatches, and order execution.
  12. Maintain sales records, email communication, and digital files.
  13. Lead/participate in key exhibitions decided.
  14. Key Skills Required:
  15. Excellent Selling, Presentation & Negotiation skills.
  16. Very good communication skills & confidence with spoken English.
  17. Very good Interpersonal skills, ability to connect, create rapport, built-trust and maintain good relationships with key-person/customer.
  18. Good skills with effective writing and email etiquettes.
  19. Active/effective-Listening: Ability to understand customer actual needs and beyond what they say. Questioning & Engagement skills: Effective questioning to dig deeper into customers mind.
  20. Problem-solving: Identifying customer pain-points and offering tailored solutions.
  21. Time Management & Organization: Prioritising high-value tasks, keeping track and follow-ups, managing multiple clients efficiently.
  22. Persistent & Resilience: Not getting discouraged by rejections and continuing to find different ways to push forward and move ahead.
  23. Tech Savviness: Ability to make use modern tools, basic software and tools like CRM, etc.
  24. Pleasing tone & etiquettes.
  25. Adaptable & Self-Motivated.
  26. Ideal Candidate Profile:
  27. Core Sales person with 8-10yrs experience in B2B sales with Nutraceuticals & 3rd party.
  28. Proven client acquisition/sales growth record.
  29. Nutraceuticals/F&B + MBA/PGDBM(marketing) preffered.
  30. High initiative/ownership, target-driven.
  31. Physically fit, non-smoker.
  32. Ahmedabad-based or willing to relocate.
  33. Reports to(RO): Co-Founder, Executive Director(Category)
  34. Job Type: Full-time, WFO(Work from Office), with a 10-15 day/month domestic travel.
  35. Job Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad 380009.

  37. CTC band: 8-12 Lakhs + variable pay/rewards.
