Post/Designation: Assistant Sales Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager(Nutraceuticals), based on relevant experience & seniority.
Job-Description(Role & Responsibilities):
Own, drive and lead the entire sales lifecycle—lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, closure, customer support & relationship building. Develop/retain customers in assigned categories/territories.
Plan, co-create the Sales Plan & execute. Regularly review and update on the execution.
Set measurable sales targets, build action plans, and execute proactively.
Regular customer meetings to Pitch, identify pain-points, learn industry needs/trends, and deliver win-win solutions.
Maintain communication bw RO(reporting officer), internal/external teams.
Maintain & monitor pipeline tracking in CRM/tracker & monthly report/tracker.
Develop SOPs in sync with RO and regular updates and document to ensure system.
Cold-call, qualify leads, and build decision-maker relationships.
Cross-team collaboration for samples, dispatches, and order execution.
Maintain sales records, email communication, and digital files.
Very good communication skills & confidence with spoken English.
Very good Interpersonal skills, ability to connect, create rapport, built-trust and maintain good relationships with key-person/customer.
Good skills with effective writing and email etiquettes.
Active/effective-Listening: Ability to understand customer actual needs and beyond what they say. Questioning & Engagement skills: Effective questioning to dig deeper into customers mind.
