Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Assistant Sales Manager at MoneyTree Realty. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring market trends, conducting presentations, and closing deals. Additionally, the role involves ensuring team compliance with company policies and providing training to improve team efficiency and performance.
