Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify potential clients, investors, and channel partners for business expansion.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

Marketing & Promotion

Organize events, exhibitions, and real estate expos to attract potential buyers.
Develop sales collaterals, brochures, and presentations for client pitches.

Market Research & Analysis

Monitor real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Provide insights on customer preferences and suggest improvements in offerings.
Prepare sales and marketing reports for senior management.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in real estate sales & marketing.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and market dynamics.
