Role Overview: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving residential property sales and achieving monthly revenue goals
- Consulting HNI clients with personalized, high-touch service
- Managing digital inquiries and guiding buyers through our offerings
- Building strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
- Negotiating deals and advising clients on market trends and pricing
- Collaborating with our CRM team for seamless post-sales support
What We're Looking For
- 312 years of proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience handling HNI clientele
- A positive attitude and hunger for success
- Own a bike/car with valid documents
