Job Description AM/ Manager - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy targets
• Source leads through IPCs, brokers, referrals, networking, and online platforms
• Manage the full sales cycle — tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, and broker partners
• Coordinate with Marketing & Operations for lead generation, center readiness, and smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts, and weekly performance reports
• Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities
• Provide timely support to members, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales of at least 5 years, preferably in the co-working industry
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is a plus
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
