We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will develop and manage sales strategies, oversee daily operations, support the sales team, build and maintain relationships with clients, and analyze market trends. The Assistant Sales Manager will also be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability in sales strategy development and target achievement
• Understanding of market analysis, lead generation, and customer acquisition techniques
• Team management, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a sales or business development role is a strong advantage
