We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Margin Trading Facility (MTF) business. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing client exposures, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor MTF operations, client utilization, and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI/Exchange guidelines and internal risk policies.
- Track client positions, margin calls, and execute timely actions on shortfalls.
- Liaise with sales/relationship teams to drive MTF adoption and resolve client queries.
- Prepare MIS/reports on utilization, revenue, and risk exposure.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations and Margin Trading Facility guidelines.
- Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and trading/back-office systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce; MBA/CS/ preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Capital Markets / Broking with exposure to MTF.
