About the RoleWe are looking for a driven finance professional to join our leadership team and play a key role in fueling SSSPL's next phase of growth. You will work directly with the founders on capital raising, investor relations, and strategic finance initiatives as we scale our project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Fundraising: Lead and execute equity and debt raises for the company and project SPVs — from investor identification to deal closure
- Banking & Compliance: Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions; ensure end-to-end compliance on all credit facilities and covenants
What We're Looking For- Experience: Minimum 5 years in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance or renewable energy finance
- Track Record: Hands-on involvement in debt and/or equity fundraises; infrastructure / renewable energy experience is a strong plus
- Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills; advanced Excel & PowerPoint
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks around financial instruments and investment compliance
- Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute preferred
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (projects, legal, operations, leadership)
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced high-growth environment
