Assistant Project Manager - MEP, Mumbai

Job Description

The resource will be responsible for project management for MEP works on fit out and base build projects

• Monitoring of MEP works in Construction and Interior fitout projects
• Coordination and scheduling of MEP resources
• Preparation of progress reports and status updates
• Stake holder management
• Health and Safety management on site
• Quality assurance/quality control of MEP systems
• Procurement and change management process
• Commissioning of MEP systems
• Close-out of MEP project documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanicalwith an experience of 5to 8years.
• Experience in execution of MEP scope of work in a commercial high rise project.
• Experience in interior fitout projects for banking sectors
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project
