Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect Liaison role located in Mumbai. The Architect Liaison will collaborate with stakeholders to align architectural designs with project requirements, manage architecture-related software development and integration efforts, and ensure the successful execution of architectural projects. The role will involve creating detailed architectural plans, analyzing project feasibility, and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols.
Qualification
- Experience: 8–12 years
- Mandatory Exposure:
- Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation approvals
- Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority
- Slum Rehabilitation Authority
- Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority
- Core Skills:
- Liaisoning & approvals (IOD, CC, OC, NOCs)
- AutoCAD + documentation
- Government coordination
- Preference: Candidates already working in liaisoning consultancies or developer firmsProficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience with Software Development and Integration processes
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee complex projects and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures, particularly in the energy or related sectors, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant architectural and project management tools/software is an advantage
