JobSummary
We areseekingaproactive and detail-orientedSiteEngineer – InteriorFit-Out Works to manage and execute high-end interior projects, primarily corporate office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in interior design principles, hands-on experience in site execution, and proficiency in CAD tools. This role demands excellent technical knowledge, coordination abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality work on time and within budget.
KeyResponsibilities
- Overseeexecution and ensure timely delivery of interior fit-out projectsacross assigned sites.
- Manageday-to-daysiteoperationsensuring quality, safety, and adherencetoproject plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors,contractors,consultants,andstakeholders for seamless execution and issue resolution.
- Ensureallwork aligns withdesignintent,architecturaldrawings, and technical specifications.
- Supportdesignteam in preparing,reviewing, and modifyinginteriorlayoutsandshop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailedexecutionplans,schedules, and monitorprogressagainstproject milestones.
- Identify and implement value engineering and costoptimizationopportunities.
- Conductregularsiteinspections to ensureworkmanship,material usage, and safety compliance meet required standards.
- Maintainclear and regularcommunicationbetweendesign,execution, and management teams.
- Assist in preparingdaily/weeklyprogressreportsandpresentingupdatesto the Management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civilengineering,Architecture, or related field.
PreferredSkills&Experience
- 3 to 4 years of experience in high-endcorporate interior fit-out execution.
- Soundunderstanding of interiordesignconcepts,materials,finishes, and construction
methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing technicaldrawings;knowledge of
design detailingpreferred.
- Familiarity with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical,plumbing,firefighting)relevantto
interiorworks.
- Strong communication,coordination, and stakeholdermanagementskills.
- Ability to problem-solveon-site and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Workingknowledge of MS Office and projectmanagementtools(e.g., MS Project,
Primavera) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Environment
- Role - Approx. 80% on-site, 20% office-based.
- Travel to projectsites based on project location and phase.
