Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager (APM) with hands-on experience in residential real estate projects. The candidate must have strong exposure to Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction systems and extensive experience in finishing works execution and coordination. The role involves supporting end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control are maintained as per company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Coordination

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of real estate construction projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and approved budgets.
  • Support in preparation and tracking of project schedules (MSP/Primavera).

Mivan Construction Management

  • Supervise and monitor Mivan shuttering/formwork activities.
  • Ensure correct cycle planning and implementation for slab casting.
  • Monitor quality of alignment, plumb, slab thickness, and dimensional accuracy.
  • Coordinate with structural and QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure safety compliance during high-rise Mivan construction activities.

Finishing Works Management

  • Oversee all finishing activities including plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, false ceiling, façade works, waterproofing, joinery, and MEP interface coordination.
  • Ensure high-quality finishing standards as per design intent.
  • Manage snag-list closure and final handover processes.
  • Coordinate with design and sales teams for mock-ups and sample approvals.
  • Monitor material planning and site logistics for finishing materials.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and inspection protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
  • Support implementation of QA/QC processes and documentation.

Cost & Vendor Management

  • Assist in contractor billing verification and BOQ tracking.
  • Monitor material consumption and wastage control.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain documentation of drawings, approvals, RFIs, and site records.
  • Update management on risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
