The AGM/ DGM – Offline Marketing will be responsible for spearheading the offline brand presence and lead generation engine for Kohinoor Group's residential portfolio. This role focuses on high-impact launches, sustained market visibility, and robust channel partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities-
Integrated Launch Strategy: Design and execute end-to-end offline marketing blueprints for new residential project launches to maximize site visits and bookings.
Sustenance Marketing: Develop hyper-local sustenance campaigns to maintain consistent footfall and brand recall during the mid-to-late construction phases.
Media Buying & Planning: Strategize and negotiate large-scale media buys across Out-of-Home (OOH), Print, Radio, and BTL activations to ensure optimal Reach and Frequency.
Channel Partner (CP) Engagement: Conceptualize and drive CP loyalty programs, meetups, and incentive-driven communication plans to keep Kohinoor as the preferred choice for brokers.
Agency Management: Lead and evaluate creative, media, and BTL agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with the brand's premium positioning.
BTL & Activations: Execute targeted ground-level activations, including corporate roadshows, lifestyle exhibitions, and high-footfall mall displays.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the Sales and CRM teams to align marketing efforts with inventory targets and customer feedback loops.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance offline marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and creative excellence.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor spends, inventory movement, and offline tactics to pivot Kohinoor's strategies proactively.
Budget Optimization: Manage the offline marketing A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, ensuring the lowest possible Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Vendor Ecosystem Development: Build a reliable network of vendors for printing, signage, and event production to ensure cost-efficiency and timely execution.
Experience Center Management: Oversee the visual merchandising and branding of site offices and experience center to ensure a world-class walk-in experience.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all offline marketing collaterals and advertisements are strictly RERA compliant and follow brand guidelines.
Reporting & Analytics: Track the performance of offline channels using unique QR codes or dedicated lines to provide data-driven insights on ROI.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure the Sada Sukhi Raho philosophy is consistently reflected across all physical touchpoints and community engagement initiatives.
