We are looking for a high-octane, data-driven, and academic-oriented Associate Program Manager (APM) to join the School of Entrepreneurship. This role isn't just about administration; it's about being the glue that holds the academic ecosystem together, ensuring that our future founders receive a seamless and rigorous educational experience.
As an APM, you will act as the right hand to our faculty and the primary liaison for our students. You are part project manager, part data scientist, and part substitute educator.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Support & Classroom Presence: Provide high-level support to the School of Entrepreneurship faculty. You must be prepared to stand in and lead classroom sessions or facilitate workshops when the primary faculty is unavailable, ensuring no dip in instructional quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact between faculty, ambitious students, and university administrative staff. You will navigate these different worlds with ease and professionalism.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Own the numbers. You will track student progress, program efficacy, and engagement metrics. We expect you to turn raw data into actionable insights that help us refine our curriculum.
- Program Operations: Manage the day-to-day logistics of the entrepreneurship program, from scheduling guest speakers to coordinating major experiential learning events.
Requirements
- Educational Background: An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputable institution is required. We need someone who understands the business language our students are learning.
- Analytical Rigor: You should be extremely proficient in data analysis. Whether it's Excel, Tableau, or SQL, you need to be able to tell a story with data and identify trends before they become issues.
- High Energy & Adaptability: This is a fast-paced environment. You should bring a can-do attitude and the stamina to handle multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.
- Communication Mastery: You must possess the emotional intelligence to interact with seasoned academics, the charisma to engage students, and the tact to work with administrative departments.
