Assistant Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in New Delhi. The Assistant Production Manager will assist in overseeing production schedules, managing operational processes, and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to streamline production, maintaining inventory levels, supervising factory operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires problem-solving, monitoring productivity, and collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and the production team to meet deadlines effectively.

• Experience in production management, process improvement, and operational planning
• Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance with industry standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate between teams
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain coordination
• Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes and sustainability practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
