Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager, located in Sikandrabad,U.P. The Assistant Production Manager will assist in the day-to-day management of Black Mass production activities, including dismantling, shredding, and monitoring production processes. Responsibilities include ensuring production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, coordination, and monitoring
• Knowledge of lithium battery dismantling and inventory management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Know-how of machinery and can operate the same
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in the recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Production Management, or a related field
