Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Category Management

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing lifecycle including market analysis, RFI/RFx, negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Lead category management initiatives across multiple spend areas such as transport and facility services
  • Conduct market assessments, supplier segmentation, and opportunity analysis
  • Drive value creation through cost optimization, quality improvement, and service enhancement

Contract Negotiation & Supplier Management

  • Lead complex contract negotiations to achieve optimal commercial and service terms
  • Manage master service agreements, statements of work, and vendor contracts
  • Develop supplier performance evaluation frameworks and governance models
  • Build long-term supplier partnerships and preferred vendor programs

Supplier Performance & Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular supplier reviews and performance evaluations
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation with suppliers
  • Ensure supplier compliance with service, quality, and sustainability standards

Process Management & Optimization

  • Design and improve procurement processes from demand identification to contract closure
  • Implement procurement systems, tools, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Drive automation and efficiency across procurement operations

Cost & Market Analysis

  • Analyze pricing trends, cost structures, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
  • Identify and implement cost reduction, avoidance, and containment strategies
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to stakeholders

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies
  • Manage supplier risk assessments, audits, and business continuity planning
  • Monitor market and economic factors impacting supply and cost
  • Support hedging strategies and financial risk management where applicable
