This is a contract, remote Assistant role with Path-iQ. The Assistant will support team operations through scheduling, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating internal communications. Responsibilities will also include drafting correspondence, managing data entry and documentation tasks, and assisting with project coordination to ensure smooth workflow and efficient team collaboration.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
• Excellent communication skills for drafting professional correspondence and facilitating internal communication
• Proficiency in common office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams remotely and deliver work within set deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Familiarity with digital platforms and tools used in remote work environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in administration, communications, or a related field
