Assistant Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns for specific projects or regional bands.
• Act as the point of contact for all marketing activities at project sites, including branding, hoardings, brochures, and events.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with creative, digital, and media agencies.
• Ensure all marketing collateral is consistent with brand guidelines and approved messaging.
• Support the planning and execution of channel partner meets, project launches, and customer engagement events.
• Monitor local media spends and ensure timely deployment and vendor management.
• Track marketing performance metrics (leads, walk-ins, CPL, conversion) and provide weekly reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead communication, campaign rollout, and promotions.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer insights to support planning.
• Assist in content creation, brief preparation, and campaign optimization inputs.

Desired Work Exposure / Working Knowledge:

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing execution roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with branding, outdoor media, and BTL activations.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation channels.
• Comfortable working with agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
